How can I contact Palstr?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests made after this time will be declined. However, you can return your order once received and you will get a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments via PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days of purchase and shipped the next day after processing. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–3 weeks.

What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you received an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us right away. Include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
